“When a mother is supported, an entire family thrives.”
The Heart Behind the Foundation

A Mother’s Journey. A Mission of Hope.

My journey with postpartum depression was one of the most difficult chapters of my life. I experienced firsthand the fear, isolation, and uncertainty that can accompany a time when the world expects you to feel nothing but joy.

I was afraid to ask for help. I know how difficult it can be to speak openly about what you're experiencing, even when you need support the most.

Losing a dear friend to postpartum depression made this mission even more personal. Her loss strengthened my determination to help other mothers find the care, compassion, and support they deserve.

I founded the Ginyaa Ray Foundation with a simple belief: No mother should have to face postpartum depression alone, and financial hardship should never stand in the way of receiving treatment.

Through this foundation, I hope to turn personal pain into purpose, helping mothers access professional mental health care and reminding them that hope and healing are possible.
